Tioga State Forest
Check out the dog-friendly Tioga State Forest near Gaines, PA. Leashed furry friends are welcome at this state recreation area, which spans 161,890 acres across Bradford County and Tioga County. You and Fido will have a blast exploring the Pine Creek Gorge, also known as the "Pennsylvania Grand Canyon". Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after.
