- SarahNov 24, 2021Great first visit!
we just moved to the area and the process was a bit long but everyone at the Parks and Rec office was awesome, especially Nikki, and helped me get registered for the park. going to the park I met some very nice people with nice dogs and the park itself is well kept!! worth the process to go!!

This park is great! I love taking my dogs here u have to have a key fob to enter and can only get that with proof of vaccines and $12 for residents not sure how much for non residents
Your key fob gets shut off if u do not keep dogs up to date on shots
It has a small dog and a large dog area it has a dirt hill for digging and some agility type equipment for play also dog bag stations and access to water in the summer for the dogs
My favorite dog Park we have been to - SjoMore than a year agosafer than most
We started at a dog park in Byron Center that allowed dogs without checking if all their shots were current or if they had a current fecal check....no safe guards against parasites, parvovirus, distemper, rabies....Then we found this place! We LOVE it! $12 for a yr admittance for a Wyoming resident and $25 w/out is a small price to pay for this highly essential safety feature. Also, on an extremely rare occasion there might be an aggressive dog (I’ve never seen one), all we have to do is call the city office and they disable the fob. Everything is being done to make this a safe park to take your dog.
- RandyFeb 10, 2018Very nice park
A key fob is required for entry...membership is only $12 per year/ 24 for non-residents.... current vet records and license are required for membership
... separate spacious pens for large and small dogs ... water provided in non winter months... poop bags provided... it has plenty of shade & picnic tables and benches.... the only drawback is as in most dog parks there are a few irresponsible dog owners that don't control their untrained or aggressive dogs .... it can get very busy on nice days during prime times, best time to go is weekday afternoons - TomMore than a year agoNot Visitor Friendly
Park requires annual registration fee and key to enter. Not the place to go if you are from out of town.
