I took my dog Hank to this trail on a Friday mid-morning and it was wonderful. Trail is paved, flat, and tree covered. We only saw 4 other people walking/on bikes. We only walked about a mile but we will be back to explore more soon!
- ZnnaMore than a year agoGreat trail
Great trail, paved and easy to walk. The entire walk is shaded and there is a comfort station one mile from the trail head. We walked the first 3 miles with our dog, then turned around and went back. The trail is straight and level with several bridges. Bluffs on one side and the river is on the other. The trail is marked with signs for types of trees and flowers. There were wild flowers blooming in late May. Keep FIDO close because there have been sightings of venomous snakes.
