This is concrete paved path that circles the little lake. Signs posted say your dog must be leashed at all times. There is a river area where you walk down a short steep path that was perfect for letting our dogs run off leash. no one was out there so we felt it was okay. Peaceful and pretty.

This is a very long concrete path through some wild life and other areas. Passes through a frisbee golf area. Has many points of entrance.
I live near this path and take my girls out on it almost everyday. The "rules" of this path are leashed dog on path only.
The town of Greeley is not open to dog freedom and this path is just another example of the City of Greeley thinking all dogs should be contained.
If you go any distance on this path bring poop bags and plan on carrying them for a while because once you get away from the residential areas of the path the City of Greeley no longer provides any poop bag dispensers or trash cans.
The northern part of the trial has a lot of bicycle riders that are also dog haters and think this trail is built just for them. I only give it a 3 because of convenience to my house.
This could be a really nice path if they allowed areas to run your dogs.
They allow Frisbee Golfers to wander around off path but not your dogs.
