- JackJun 9, 2023Overrun with homeless people
Homeless tents everywhere around the park, and some of them leave their aggressive dogs unattended in the section intended for small dogs. The city officials and mayor should be ashamed for not doing anything about this ongoing problem. Does not feel safe.

if you need a place to stop with the pups it will do, but kind of dirty and not clean water. no bags. ran into some unfriendly dogs as well.

The park was a nice stop for both of our dogs after driving down from Big bear . we stopped in a Friday afternoon and the dogs had the park to themselves. plenty of water and green grass. no human restrooms .

My dog got attacked by a group of 4 pit bulls today. My dog on leash but the pit bulls were running free. Owner got mad because I was kicking them to keep them off my dog. This place is a REAL DUMP.
- LeeMore than a year agoDisappointing
on January 20, 2016 the dog park was in poor condition. The entry way was in disrepair and the grounds not well cared for. On a positive side there is a human toilet closeby, but it also in bad shape. Still, large and small dogs are separated, although there is not sign indicating which section is for which size, nor any size indicating sign on what constitutes a 'small dog.' It could be so much more, but. . .

I was here in September, 2015. It appeared to be recently mowed and the grass was green so they must be watering it. The water fountain for the dogs worked so that was good especially with the 100 degree temperatures. The little dog area is very small so I took my dog in the big dog area since there were no other dogs there. That area has several trees and is way bigger.
- AnneMore than a year agoHas gone downhill
Used to take my dogs to this park... just visited this past weekend [July 2013] and I was so disappointed. What grass there was that was still alive was 2 feet tall. Most of the park was now dirt and gravel. Overgrown trees have now become dried out twigs with no foliage for shade. This place has really gone down hill FAST! I will not be back. The parking area is so poorly maintained that it doesn't even feel safe there anymore. I would skip this park and head elsewhere.
