You can just do Bald mountain trail. It is hard to find entrance and there is very limited parking. Don't let your dog off leash until you clear the brush on the entrance trail. It is all well marked then it is about a mile up and a mile down. You can stretch it to 1 hour but more like 45 minutes is typical. I would give it a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10 for human exercise but a 8 for dogs.
