This is our local dog park so we go here a lot. The humans are always friendly, ready to have a conversation (put your cell phones away!) and to interact with your dog if your dog goes up to them. The dogs are equally friendly. We’ve met dozens of dogs here and all of them are well behaved. It’s a rare weekend when there aren’t at least two or three dogs here in the morning.

We were visiting family and needed a place to let our two malamutes run off leash for a few before hitting the road again. This was a nice dog park with separate small/large. The large dog area was a decent size and seemed well maintained. Was very happy visiting here and would use next time we’re in the area.

Nice park but grass is suffering from use and too much rain. A new chain link fence was installed in August 2018. The small dog side gate has a bit of a gap. If your small dog is an escape artist, beware! Due to a very wet 2018 it is often closed to preserve the "lawn". Check the FB page where they are pretty good about posting closings or you can see the open/closed sign when you drive by to park. If its poured rain in the last 48 hours, you can bet its closed. Also be sure you are on the official township FB page (Golden Ret pictured), there's another one started by someone thats never been deleted. There are benches and now a picnic table (in the sun and PLEASE don't expect to actually eat food there!)
Bags are provided but some still don't pick up after their dog. There is a gun club within a few miles, sometimes distant gunshots heard if your dog is sensitive to that. Bring your own water, usually stainless bowls are there. - TanianMore than a year agoAmazing
Hello!
I bring my Chihuahua/Jack Russell Kian to the dog park almost every day! It's about a 35-minute drive away from me, however, it's worth the trip! I always look online first to see when the "most popular time" to attend the dog park is, and it's usually accurate. People are friendly, dogs are friendly! Everyone Always has a watch on their dogs. The only downside is that you have to bring your own water and toys. Other than that, it's a nice area. Lots of Grass, Open field space, secure fence. Also, if there are any issues, you can report it to their facebook page, and they're quick to act to resolve the issue.100% Recommend.

A nice park, with separate areas for large and small dogs. Bowls provided but you need to bring your own water. The only downside is that regulars there are very "cliquey." It seems like people there tend to sit/stand together in one area and spend a lot of time socializing rather than focusing on the dogs. As a result, the dogs can get out of control. I've had better experiences at larger dog parks where people are more careful and pay more attention to their dogs.
- TaraMore than a year agothe best dog park
There are 4 dog parks in the Lehigh valley and this is by far the best. Very rarely are there any problems. The only downside is there is no shade for humans. Our furry friends usually find a little shade under the very young planted trees. You must bring your own water.
