This dog-friendly trail is located within Lake Perris State Recreation Area and will take about 1.5 hours to complete with Fido. The well-marked trail is a great way to train for higher-altitude hikes. It has some very steep sections where you will gain a lot of elevation and is a great workout, and is accessible year-round. Dogs are able to use this trail but must be kept on a leash. Lake Perris State Recreation Area charges a fee to enter. Fees are per vehicle. If you are entering on foot or bike there is no fee.
