Hillcrest Dog Park Hillcrest Dog Park in Clovis, NM, has two fenced in off-leash dog parks, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs. The larger dog area has a lot more space for ball throwing and chasing, which the smaller dog area has trees. Both dog areas have three or more fake fire hydrants for dogs to use, as well as public spigots for filling up water dishes.
