Check out the Dusty Lake trail, a three-mile pet-friendly hike in Quincy, WA within the Quincy Lakes State Wildlife Area that will take about two hours to complete with Fido. This wildlife area is one of the nicer places to take your dog on the hot Columbia Plateau. The basalt canyons are home to the Columbia River and many small lakes, creeks and waterfalls.
