Biscayne National Park Your dog is welcome to join you on-leash in the designated pet-friendly areas of the beautiful Biscayne National Park in Homestead, FL. Leashed dogs are welcome on the grounds at Convoy Point and Elliott Key. Dogs are not allowed at Boca Chita Key, including on boats docked in the harbor, and the Dante Fascell Visitor Center. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under your control at all times, and cannot be left unattended including inside a vehicle. Be sure to have Fido become a Biscayne B.A.R.K.
