  Such a blast!

  This is so much fun especially because I love that it’s all about the ratties!! My dogs have had sooo much fun and so have I! It’s so cool to see so many ratties all in one place! People come from all over the U.S. It’s just me and my dogs, the first time I went I was nervous but everyone is so nice and I’ve met so many wonderful people. Did I mention my dogs had the time of their lives???!!! There are so many fun activities. Im getting so excited to go back this year!! It’s such a super fun way to raise money for New Rattitude. I look forward to it every year!!!!!!!!

  10/10 for Dog Lovers!!!

  An awesome event held every April in sweetwater. We travel down from Michigan each year to spend time with our fellow rat terrier friends and family. New Rattitude and staff do an incredible job planning and coordinating this event each and every year!

  So much fun!

  We have been to the Rat Terrier Jamboree four times now, and every time, we have a blast. Even our most curmudgeonly terrier comes out of his shell to play with other dogs, allow other people to pet him, and hang out at the picnic tables where barbecue is being served. It's also a great way to unplug and just enjoy dogs, nature, and the humans who make it happen.

  A fun event for everyone and a great road trip with your pup(s)!

  This annual event is SO MUCH FUN!!! Our family refers to it as a "Rat Terrier Family Reunion"! People and their dogs travel from all over the US to get together in beautiful Sweetwater, TN for a weekend of socialization, barbecue, a live auction, a Rat Terrier costume contest, the Jamboree King and Queen contest, terrier racing, agility and more. During “down time,” the two‐legged and four‐legged attendees can enjoy socializing and shopping at various vendor booths. It's a beautiful weekend and a fun road trip with amazing scenery! It is also a fantastic way to support New Rattitude Rat Terrier Rescue and Adoption - a rescue that does amazing work. Traveling over 9 1/2 hours from PA, we use Bring Fido to find other pet-friendly things to do on our road trip, such as pet friendly tours, and pet friendly dining. This is an event that is not to be missed, and once you go, you are hooked!

  So much fun!

  I drove all the way from Illinois and wasn't sure what to expect. I had an absolute blast. I can't even describe how much fun. The people couldn't be any friendlier. From the opening costume contest to the BBQ lunch to the "singing" contests-- it was just fantastic. Folks will invite you to dinner and be welcoming the whole time. It didn't feel clique-ish or anything like that (I was worried since it was my first time and I was staying at a nearby hotel instead of the campsite). My dog had so much fun sniffing everywhere and playing with new dogs. And while you're in the area, also check out the cave nearby with an underground lake. Just a really great way to spend the weekend. Will definitely be back!

  Great time spent with your dog.

  What better than to be able to spend 2 days with your dog while making new friends who love the same breed as you do. And while it's all about the rat terrier rescue all breeds are honorary at the Jamboree. Lots of fun had by all. Racing, raffles, costume contest, kissing contest and lots of relaxation. If your looking for a getaway for a few days with your canine companion check out the jamboree put on by New Rattitude. Only entry fee is a donation of a basket for human or canine that can be raffled off. Enter your dog in the jamboree king and queen contest also. Come support a wonderful rescue all while having some quality time spent with your best friend.
