Join Carissa B Fitness for a 45-minute workout! Bring your pup, a water bottle and a yoga mat for this sweat-inducing bonding exercise with your four-legged workout partner. After the workout, treat yourself to some coffee and a pastry from Stella Coffee and be sure to get a puppuccino for Fido. You’ll even receive a gift bag with goodies and special offers for attending.
