Farmington Fido Fest

LaFontaine Subaru presents this fun event to take place during the Farmington Founders Festival! There will be hours of entertainment, including the Metro Parks Ultimate Air Dogs and Rock N Roll K9's Performance Team! Your dog can test their skills on the Lucky Dog Lure Coursing, participate in the Disc Dogs of Michigan frisbee competition, use his/ her sense of smell in the Barn Hunt game or test their speed in the Motor City Harley-Davidson Radar Run. There will be a vendor village showcasing dog wearables, homemade dog treats, unique dog toys and dishes and samples of dog food and treats. There will be rescues on site looking to place pets in their forever homes. The event will feature a Roak Brewing Co. and Tito's Handmade Vodka in the “Bark Garden”. Pet related vendors will be on site showcasing their products/ services. On Friday evening, a film featuring a famous dog will be showcased on the big movie screen and on Saturday, beautiful hot air balloons will fill the park for the Light the Night event.

Paws at Cellarmen's

Grab your dog (all breeds welcome) out for a day/evening of delicious cider, beer, and meads in support of the Detroit Bulldog Rescue! There will be a food truck out front, DBR merchandise to purchase, goodie bag for each dog (limited supply), & more! Dogs must be leashed at all times and up-to-date on vaccines.

Bark at the Park

Bring your dog to the ballpark! This special event will allow Tigers fans and their dogs to enjoy a game at Comerica Park. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to the Michigan Humane Society. Maximum of one dog per paid adult ticket. No exceptions. All dogs must wear an identification tag to the game and be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. Access to the Bark At The Park party area which includes water stations, doggie "restrooms" and other amenities Dog tickets are EXTREMELY limited. Special "Bark At The Park" event ticket is required to participate. 'Bark at the Park' packages can only be purchased online. No day-of-game sales. No exceptions. All participants must provide a copy of all up-to-date vaccinations upon check in. Required vaccines: Bordatella, Rabies, DHP, Lepto. Entry will not be granted without this printed information.
