Where to walk my dog in Bangkok?

Is it permissible to walk dogs on leash in Lumpini Park and Queen Siriket (sp?) Park next to Emporium? Any other places you can suggest? Do the Soi Dogs act aggressively toward Pet Dogs? I've heard of Ozono on Soi 39. How is that? What dog boarding facilities can you recommend?

I appreciate any information you can give me.
