Help needed with dog who hates cats

I have recently moved to Tel Aviv with my dog, Angel. She is a terrier who is obsessed with cats. Given the opportunity, she would chase and kill any cat unfortunate to get in her path. Is there any hope of training her out of this prey instinct? She can't relax when we go for walks and neither can I.
