55+ communities that allow multiple pets

Trying to find 55+ communities that will allow us to bring our 4 mini dogs (doxies and pekingese.) So hard to find places that permit that number, but, combined, they weigh less than 1 large dog. Would like to travel to a warmer place next winter, but won't leave dogs behind. Might even want to buy a place, if it's truly welcoming to our pups. Help! All suggestions are appreciated, especially if you have first hand experience with this situation.
