make a better park

i have been going to the swaney dog park every day since mothers day . when my son gave me a rescue dog for retirment to keep me company,, first of all a great location and the consept is good .. but you fall short with the matenance,,, grass let go to long ,,water bukets very unsanitary and almost never poop bags in dispencers,,, last of all i would like to see more thought given to the park ,,, such obsticales forthe dogs ,, i would love to help you guys out volentereing to build something real special thanks art di mella marinepop1942@gmail.com
