Need suggestions for a cottage rental with one year old puppy

We used to go up north to Hastings with our 11 year old dog and stayed at a sweet tree house cottage until she died last year. We are looking for something $100-150 night with boat rental available and hiking and fishing? Any ideas? If not in South Haven, can you recommend a place up north? We have already went to Grand Haven, Hastings, and other places near Grand Rapids. I have really gotten into rock climbing and hiking. Hubby loves fishing.looking to go in early August.
