Help me understand

If your not a dog lover, or your kids are terrified of dogs, why in dogs creation would u bring or come to a dog beach, and then act like we're the problem?????

Toby our buddy still had a great time, learned to swim and enjoyed the beach but still stressful with these folks around.. Has anyone encountered the same ( I'm sure we all have ) how did you handle it???
