      Good location

      The outdated room was on the first level so it was easy to take fido outside and there was green space on one side of the parking lot. The big negative for me was the pet fee was charged for 2 nights when I stayed for 1 night and did not catch until I had left. Also, unfortunately I stayed during Spring Fling (biker rally) so, it was not exactly quiet.

      Under some construction

      The motel was under some construction - fixing the concrete - but they all seemed friendly enough. It's a very budget motel, but were more than happy to have our little pup.

      Frustrated

      When I booked this hotel room it showed the rate was $49. It also said there was a $20 pet fee. When I went to pay I was charged $69 per night. I assumed it was the $49+$20. After I got checked in the guy at the desk came to me and said he didn’t realize I had a pet and I needed to pay the $20 pet fee. I told him what I had paid and he was confused because their summer rate is $55. He didn’t understand why BF charged us $69. When I talked to a BF customer rep she told me the pet fee was not included and that the $69 is what they have listed as their summer rate. I paid the extra $40 for my pet. I feel someone owes me the $14 difference x’s 2. Someone is being dishonest somewhere. BF told me the guy was lying to me and the guy told me BF was lying to me. I will NEVER use BringFido to book again. I will research on my own and call the hotel directly. He was nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool was great as well. I just did not like being lied to! That is not good business!
