The toilet was clogged and we got a plunger from the hotel clerk. It didn't really fix it but at least the toilet didn't overflow. Overall, it was clean and acceptable.

This was a pretty comfortable stay in the basic accommodation standard for a Motel 6. Clean floors and relatively new shower and sink fixtures. Nice to have a mini fridge in the room, too. Beware bad weather--there was ice all over the sidewalks and it was difficult to get from the parking area to our room.

I called BringFido to make a reservation since it was a same day booking and the support was amazing. While the original location I selected didn't have availability for me and my 2 x large dogs, they were able to suggest the Motel 6 Flagstaff West as an alternative. The location couldn't be beaten for the price. Right off the highway, so we didn't need to make a big detour as our goal was to just to get some rest. The reception was friendly and the room, while basic was just as I'd expected, clean and comfortable. There were lots of guests with dogs, so it's clearly a dog friendly hotel.

Very small room. Had dog food out in room and food was invaded by ants. Even without the ant issue, just OK at best.

The room was basic with uncarpeted floors. We set up our travel kennel and our girl was fine. There were places to walk the dog front and back with poop bags provided however the space was not groomed or fenced - adequate. We were not charged for our dog. There were many dogs staying there.

At 10:30 PM we were woken up by screaming, yelling from the room next to us. Did not call the office until 12:30. The yelling and screaming continued until 4:00 a.m. when the police came and dealt with the disturbance. The police were called by the office at 1:30 and 2:30. We were in room 106 and the screamers who were having a party and were high in room 107. The people who were high were screaming at us through our door, calling us names, using foul language and telling us we better check out of the hotel.
Again I called the front desk and asked for security. I was told by the young girl working in the office that she was alone and there was no security. At 3:30 we called the police ourselves. At 4:15 we did not feel safe and 2 police in 2 separate police cars stayed with us while we put our things in our car. We felt very unsafe because of the threats. The disturbance started at 10:30 and continued as we left at 4:30. We went to Denny’s to wait for daylight so we could continue our trip. Also, we were told by the police that the drug user lived at the hotel. His room was separated from our room by a door because the rooms could have been adjoining rooms. Very unsafe to stay here, scared us and we had to leave under the watch of the police.

The rooms were clean. There is no coffee maker, but there is coffee in the lobby in the morning.
There are 3 or 4 big grassy areas with huge signs saying no dogs allowed. The pet relief area is around the outside of the parking lot. Very small, full of garbage and cigarette butts. Price was right though. - EduardoApr 2, 2023Nice Stay

Our room was clean. I was quite disappointed that at $100 a night we didn't even get a coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator. The beds are comfortable and the towels are clean. However, the ground outside our room in the grass around the pool had a lot of cigarette butts and garbage that hadn't been cleaned up in quite a while.

We had a great room on the ground floor so fido and mom didn't have to climb lots of stairs in the high altitude. We also found a great place to hike and explore. There was a dog friendly restaurant nearby but we ate in our room because we were tired. I hope I get the same or similar room on the way home.

The room was clean and as advertised. The motel itself is a little run-down but was OK overnight. There was a pet waste station in the front and in the back for our fur babies. The floor was laminate so I wasn't worried and easily able to clean up the puppy accident. The location was OK but it was a little noisy close to the highway. Good for an overnight quick trip but wouldn't stay more than one night.

Do not stay here, they do not keep basic sanitary conditions and will not refund you. We didn’t even stay the night. When we first showed up, the door was left open but the front desk said it was OK and the housekeeping services probably was rushing and forgot to close the door. As a female traveler, that made me feel uncomfortable but decided to trust them. Then we noticed that the trash had not been taken out, there was urine on the bathroom floor, there were ants, and the bar soap was used (not sanitary in terms of COVID). This was pure negligence.
The bed was made but when we turned down the sheets, we noticed a lot of hair along the inside of the top part of the sheets showing that they did not change the sheets but instead made the bed. We asked for a new room to which they obliged, but upon entering the new room, roaches scurried from under the bed to under the fridge. We immediately packed up the car to leave. They didn’t give us a refund for our single night even though we hadn’t spent the night (it was 7PM at this point), their reasoning was because we had already checked in even though the place had pests!
We ended up paying a lot more to stay at the Residence Inn (Marriott) which was an absolutely amazing and sanitary stay. I know this is a Motel 6 and our expectations were low, especially since we just needed one night in a pet friendly place to move across country, but we did expect a clean and pest free room.

The room was as expected, other than the weird round shower. Our biggest complaints were: no elevators so we had to stay on the first floor w my senior dog. AND no rest area for dogs. There were signs posted on all the grass areas NO DOGS ALLOWED. The “dog area” was a gravel driveway next to the trash dumpsters.

Nice place for a “motel”. Good location, and we felt safe. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. It wasn’t the most quiet place; we could hear next door’s TV sound. Since we had 2 dogs(One is a giant size), and this motel let our dogs stay for free, we have no complaint about a little noise. 😊

This motel accepts pets but they do not welcome pets. They have a large grassy area outside the pool, but you are not allowed to walk your dog there. They have 'No Pets' signs in every grassy area. They have specified pets areas between the parking lot and the street, however this area is a wash full of rocks and gopher holes. I had to cross the busy street to walk my dogs. Both ice machines not working during my 4 night stay. The kicker was when I woke up in the middle of the night thinking my room was on fire. They put 3 smoking adults in the adjoining 'non-smoking' room. When I called the office I was told 'They were supposed to be in a smoking room. Sorry about that'. They did move the smokers and I saw two air freshener machines placed in that room. However my room still smelled like smoke. I will not stay here again.

Upon checking in I didn’t have any troubles with the dogs. I saw numerous people with dogs around the motel. Friendly staff. Rooms were surprisingly nice for the low price I paid. I didn’t have high expectations. Fun and comfortable furnishings and two small areas to let the kids do their business.

I have stayed here a lot as I am working in Flagstaff and short term housing is nonexistent. I have two dogs and the no dog fee is a godsend. The motel is very inexpensive on the weekdays and the front desk staff is super nice. It’s a budget motel so manage your expectations. It’s clean enough if you don’t look too closely, there are places for pets to potty and they have actually made an effort in the front with landscaping putting in some rose bushes. The beds are so-so, the rooms sparse but have been updated. I have had a good experience here.
