Just spend the little extra money and stay elsewhere for your safety and peace of mind. This place is in the middle of a skid row with tents set up right outdoors. Felt unsafe to walk dog, felt unsafe to leave dogs alone, felt unsafe to leave the building at night for dinner. We didn’t even check in at how uncomfortable we felt and lost our $. BringFido was kind enough to find us a same day reservation elsewhere.

Rooms are definitely not large dog friendly. Not a lot of floor space and location in general is in a compact urban setting.

The hotel room was clean, but no good grassy area for my dog to use. I had to drive her to the park a few blocks away so she was able to do her business.

AC wasn’t working, asked for a different room and the other room the sheets and mattress were wet. I wouldn’t give it a bone at all.

This neighborhood is unsafe with condoms, needles, broken glass, urine, etc. all over the sidewalks. There is no grass strip safe enough for the dog to relieve itself. Luckily I brought potty pads. The people were nice and the room was clean. But the "dog friendly" room was between the laundry and housekeeping area. Housekeeping never came and the tub clogged after one shower. No one ever came to unclog the tub during my stay. The guests were quiet and courteous. I also had the impression that the hotel workers, although nice, were not well staffed. But again, my biggest concern is that it is not a safe place to take your dog or a child.

Hotel is older ...looks like some weekly residents live there...Rooms very small...no amenities like coffee pot in room.....though they do offer coffee in the lobby. A little loud at night, a lot of homeless in the area. Very pet friendly!

Very basic accommodation but we all got a good nights sleep on the cheap

Dogs loved all the interesting smells o walks downtown
Neighborhood a mix of young tourists and people spending the day sitting on the curb smoking. Lots of folks pushing grocery carts full of old clothes,sleeping bags etc
Hotel met our needs, stay away from home while non-dog friendly work underway in the house.
Easy walk to restaurants and convenience stores.
