I had 2 dogs and was put on the 2nd floor, and there's only stairs. The area was well-lit, except there was a high power LED light right outside my window. They did not have a shade and the blackout curtains were not effective. Saturday night there was arguing, yelling people walking up and down all over the balcony area and grounds, smoking and throwing cigarette butts all over the place. So for dogs that like to eat indiscriminately, that could be deadly. And there were some very scary looking individuals just hanging around who left trash all over the overfilled trash bins outside. If you are a lighter sleeper, the motel is effectively right under the 118 freeway. While the rooms were clean and freshly painted, there's no point in staying in a place. It's so loud you can't sleep.

Compared to other Motel 6's we stayed at this one was the most expensive and smallest. Check-in people were nice and didn't have any issues here. They did make an exception for our extra pet since it was only for one night. The host made early bird coffee, unfortunately it tasted bad, lol. I do appreciate that he did that though. Thanks!
