When I opened the door to the room, I was almost knocked over by the cigarette smell. When I asked for a smoke-free room, the manager said they were all the same, and guests smoked, although they were asked not to. He said he'd take care of it, which was to spray with a room deodorant, which did not even mask the foul odor. I was in the area for an emergency, so the one night I slept there, I felt unsafe. It was a sketchy area, and I felt guilty leaving my dog there for 4 hours to go to the hospital. When I asked the manager to cancel the rest of my reservation, he refused because I supposedly used Expedia. This surprised me since I was told I was talking to a Red Roof Inn agent who also handled its sister Econo Lodge locations. If the manager agreed and gave me his name, the so-called Red Roof "agent'" would begin the reimbursement process, but the manager refused. The photos are misleading--DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND LOVE YOUR DOGGIE.

Check is supposed to be at 3pm. Came past 3pm and rooms weren't ready, the housekeeping took a break and won't be back for an hour. Came back at 4pm not ready. 4:30 pm get the keys find a spot walk up the 2nd floor, housekeeping was getting ready to clean the room but first she needs to decide what to watch on tv first before she starts working. Room smelled of weed and cigarettes. Beer bottles on the floor - and she just straighten the bed without changing the sheets!!! Needless to say we hightailed our ass out of there. People sleeping in their cars with sheets up. Car windows broken. Trash all over the parking lot and needles on the ground!! The pool was green and disgusting!! We just needed a place to keep our puppy while we go to Six Flags, but from what I experienced this place is not even suitable for my Furbaby!!!
