The motel is really run down. No blankets for the beds. Limited towels. Even by Motel 6 standards a disappointment.

Bad fluorescent lighting. Everything in poor condition. TV remote held together with scotch tape, lots of stains on everything (including the walls!). Lots of cigarette smoke smell (in a “non-smoking” room), but staff was friendly, it's cheap, and they take dogs!

I wish webpages would give a real information about places. It’s a very nice area with a lot of cafes, stores, activities, but motel itself is plain disgusting. I’ve prepaid for a week. We are scared to be here. I travel with children, we didn’t expect meet people smoking weed on the balcony next to our room or the room to be filled with roaches of all possible shapes and sizes! The microwave didn’t work (we paid extra for the room with microwave and refrigerator), mold and rust everywhere, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was dirty and sticky. The air conditioner/heater doesn’t work, but filled with tons of dust. Is it healthy to breathe it?! Roaches… I don’t have words for this one! They were running like crazy all over the place: floors, walls, tables 🤦🏼♀️ I went to the reception and the lady said that roaches were everywhere! She kindly asked me to check one of the newer rooms … it looks cleaner for sure, but we are so scared to be here. Since I prepaid a week, I have no idea how to get out of this one.

GOOD: You can walk your dog down the stretch of sidewalk lining the street, grocery store is within walking distance. BAD: They're infested with cockroaches. Some of the rooms are update and others aren't. Sections of the hotel are infested with the cockroaches and they still rent out these rooms. Customer service was great but it's a terrible hotel because of bugs and you'll have less desirable people stay there... which brings additional problems. You're better off spending an extra $50 and getting a different hotel booking. Will be reporting them to the local inspector.

Went to get food, came back the door key wasn't working. 6 keys later. Security helped 3 hours. My dogs were locked in. They broke the lock to get in. No refund or free night. Instead asked us to leave. So the hotel in orange ok. It seems a few others have complaints too. Not worth the aggravation. Or drama from the employees.

The amount charged was more than was expected. There were roaches in the room. When I went into the office, I could hear staff in the back arguing. There was all kinds of noise all night from staff, guests and the on-site security. My brother got a room at the Red Roof next door, much better option for almost the same price.

This motel was the filthiest, smelliest (the stench of smoke was ridiculous in a non-smoking rooms) and least secure motel I've been to in a long time! It took me 5 minutes to demand a refund and leave the premises. The "green area" at the back of the hotel was a strip of grass between the parking lot and a chain link fence. With all the COVID restrictions in place, NO ONE was wearing a mask and I did not feel comfortable staying at this establishment. Avoid, avoid, avoid! If there was a "Zero bones" choice, I would have chosen that rating.
