I booked this room because they were pet friendly and I needed a place to stay. I had never stayed in a Motel 6. The following week I needed to stay again, and was told that they wouldn't rent to me. Allegedly we left ashes in the room, and put holes in the walls! WTF? We are non smokers and the room did not smell dirty. There was damage to the walls when we checked in. I assumed we just had a gross room because it was cheap and pet friendly. I called to and spoke the manger Pat to rectify the situation (they also charged an additional $175 on my card). Pat said she would look into and call back, never has.
