  Zero bones!

  I have photos of the appalling filth of this hotel. I didn’t even bother to say anything. They obviously DO NOT CARE. Dead flies all over. The door looked like it had been kicked in, and had dirty hand prints all over it. We drove for 14 hours and stopped here around 11:30pm. There wasn’t even a wash cloth in the bathroom and the hand towels were gross. Apparently the don’t know how to bleach white towels. The sheets have stains all over them. So gross. We’ve stayed at the Motel 6 in Fallon NV and yes it was basic, but this place is just soooo dirty. I

  Disappointing stay

  There was no grassy area to walk my dog. Everything around the property was dirt and covered with cigarette butts. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. The property is not well taken care of and it shows that the owner is not interested in making it appealing or keeping it clean.

  Turning into a dive

  The worst motel experience ever. A/C was so noisy it not only kept us up all night but it was hard to have a conversation in the room. Complaints to the management brought no results. In fact the manager seemed to not care. The pool has been filled in and concreted over. The bed was so uncomfortable that even with the A/C off sleep was next to impossible. Pet areas were totally overgrown with nasty weeds and all of the dog waste stations were completely out of poop bags. A totally unpleasant experience.

  Beware!

  In my opinion, go anywhere else if you can. They said no pet fee at check-in but at midnight were demanding $18 each in cash only. The sink was not connected to drain, windows didn't lock, adjoining door doorknob missing stuffed with toilet paper only. Nightstand, fridge and under bed not clean. I took photos! It was unbelievable. A few days after checkout they charged another $100 for a non defined "pet cleaning fee." There was no mess and no other Motel 6 we've stayed at was ever this filthy or behaved this way or had additional charges, or woke you at midnight for cash. Also, people were living in an end unit grilling. This is what high rent costs have done. Save yourself the headache. Find any other dog accommodating hotel you can. Best of luck my fur buddy friends!

  Comfortable room, well maintained office

  Our room was clean and comfortable. The office was very orderly and well maintained. The “back” of the motel needed some upkeep. The grass area was dry and full of dog poop. I also saw guest trash cans in hallway, which though not motel’s fault, should be removed. One unit appeared to be a short term rental. They had a BBQ grill outside their door. There are neighborhoods nearby where it is easy to take dogs for longer walks.

  No. Just no

  No fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner, no answer when I called the front desk. Shower was grungy. The motel was nowhere close to full yet they booked people into both rooms on either side of us. The late arrivals in the adjoining room made a ton of noise starting at 11 pm so our dog started barking and it took some convincing to calm him down. I would not recommend this place.

  Worst Motel Ever

  The room was filthy and stank horribly. There was human hair, not ours, all over the sheets. The floors were filthy. The dog area was very unkempt. The staff were rude. We ended up going to a different motel. If I could give zero bones I would. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy.

  Good location but...

  The location is okay but the floor in the room could have been cleaner and the few places where dogs could potty had not been cleaned (I know that should be the pet owner's responsibility especially since there were several stand with poop bags and trash cans) but the property may want to check. Also, while the site says 1 dog is free but additional dogs have a fee, it doesn't indicate that their max number of dogs per room is 2. I was allowed to stay with 4 but it was not without some discussion.

  No pet fee!

  Pet friendly. One of the few places anymore that doesn't charge for a pet. Evening desk woman not friendly. We asked for a second card and you could tell she was not happy. No Covid cleanliness standards. Housekeeping very poor. Did not look like sheets were changed. Yuck. Human hair all over pillows. We did complain to front desk (shift change) and we got new pillows. I used my own sheets that I had with me. Dust and dirt all around & behind bedside table and behind refrigerator.

  Nice Room for Cheap

  Clean room. Cheap price. Don’t judge the outside. No carpets are nice for pets! If you walk a short bit the clinic has nice grass for pets for roll around in!

  Bad stay

  The AC was not working. The window was open but the screen was detached from the metal. Will not be back. I'm a driver and was out of hours when I pulled into the lot.

  We used bring fido to find a simple, dog-friendly motel, on our journey to see a few states that we hadn’t seen before, along with seeing my son in Idaho. We didn’t need much, as far as motels go, but we were excited to see ads for such motels in Rock Springs, WY. They were all listed as pet-friendly, and the description for each included a tv, a fridge, microwave, etc.

  We decided to go with a Motel 6, figuring that a national chain motel couldn’t be too bad. Boy were we wrong. It was listed as a pet friendly motel with rooms that featured a tv, a fridge, microwave, etc. with a price that we felt was quite reasonable. So we booked it through your BringFido site. We arrived at the motel, and I went to check in. This is the point at which their deception really became apparent. After finishing the check-in process, I said to the lady that since the ad didn’t say that the room came with a coffee maker, I was glad that it at least had a microwave in which we could make instant coffee. The lady looked at me and said, “Oh no. Your room doesn’t come with a microwave. So I asked how much it would cost for us to upgrade to a room that has one. The lady said “You can’t upgrade. The room you booked, is the room you have to take. If you have issues or complaints, you’ll have to take them up with Booking.com.”

  My husband and I decided to go look at the room. We were given a room that did have a TV there, but you couldn’t watch it because all the wires that connect the TV to the cable outlets were disconnected, and were just hanging in a haphazard way as they came out of the wall. Additionally, there was an empty space where you could tell that the room’s fridge should be, and as she told me, there was no microwave to be found. My husband Jim went to the office to let them know about the condition of the room, figuring that putting someone into that room was just a simple mistake. Wrong!

  When Jim described the room, their response was that I hadn’t booked a room with any of those “extra” things, and that those “extra things” raise the price quite a bit higher. My husband explained that their ad stated that “all rooms have those things“, and that there was no indication in the ad that you could even get a room without those things.

  My husband demanded a fully furnished room, with a fridge, microwave, etc. where the tv is actually connected so that you can watch it, and we want it at their advertised price. The lady at the front desk said “No! You cannot change rooms” and that “any negotiation or complaint should be done with the people at Booking.com”. So my husband said, “if you can’t give us a proper room, then we’ll just take our money back and leave.”

  At that point a side door opened, and a little guy (I assume it was her husband) literally leaped from what appeared to be the manager’s apartment, out into the front desk area and yelled “Fucking asshole! Get out!” Then the lady joined in, and in unison (as though they had done this before) they repeated “Get out!” about five or six times. Then he went in and closed his door. The lady went in behind the counter and would say nothing further. So we left. We never did stay, so we couldn’t answer your site’s question about “what was wrong with your stay?" and still not refunded. Be careful if you pre book this hotel, there will be no compromise.

  Clean, good place to rest

  No complaints about this motel, everything was fine. My 8 month old Aussie did get herself stuck under the bed in the middle of the night so I didn't sleep particularly well, but that's not really the motel's fault. Bring your own pillows and you'll be fine here.

  Just what we needed for our stop on I-80 with our lab for the night. She even made a friend! Would stay there again.

  Review

  The staff was friendly but the property was worn. The pet area was right in the street and was unkempt. Our room wasnt as clean as it should have been - hair on the phone, garbage in the can from the previous guest, and very dusty vents. It was very quiet which made for a restful night’s sleep, but it definitely needs a facelift.
