Welcome to our house!
We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1 - RESERVATION - Please remember that the reservation must match the number of people staying at the house. A charge of $150 per night per guest will be applicable for any extra guests not attached or reported to the original reservation. WE WILL VERIFY THIS THROUGH OUR OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE SECURITY SYSTEM.
2 - NO-NOISE - No loud noise from 10 pm until 8 am. No parties or events are allowed as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and call the police in case of an unauthorized party. If there are any fines from the city, the guest will be responsible for covering such fees, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3 - SMOKING - No smoking inside the house; this includes all smokable substitutes. You may only smoke outside the house, in the open. (There will be a $350 fee for smoking inside). Please make sure to keep the door closed when smoking outside the house.
4 - PARKING - A maximum of three cars are allowed. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Vehicles cannot be parked on the roundabout as the garbage truck needs to do the circle. Parking on the roundabout will block the neighbors from exiting correctly and will have your vehicle(s) towed. No exceptions. If you need additional car space, parking garages are available nearby.
5- NEIGHBORS - Do not disturb neighbors for any reason. Our team is just a message or call away. Don't hesitate to contact us directly so we may assist you.
6 - VISITORS - Guests must inform the host of any visitors. Guest must be present when having visitors unless the visitor(s) is (are) added as a guest. After 3 hours, a visitor will be considered a guest. A charge of $150 per night per guest will be applicable for any extra guests not attached or reported to the original reservation. Visitors with additional vehicles are no longer allowed to park onsite. Please refer to House Rule number 2- Parking.
7 - PET POLICY - Our pet fee is $125 per pet per reservation.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside. Pet owners are reminded that they should walk their pets AWAY from neighbors' homes, playground areas, and high-traffic areas. In addition, pet owners should "pick up after their pets." The city of Hollywood also has an enforceable pet waste ordinance.
Remember:
Abandoned pet waste contains a host of diseases and/or parasites, which can infect other dogs or be transmitted to people who might step in it and track it home.
Rain and garden runoff washes pet waste into the Chesapeake, creating public health issues.
It is the law! Just like littering, it is unlawful NOT to pick up after your dog and is subject to a fine. The law requires that you always pick up after your dog and carry "a suitable instrument" whenever you walk your dog.
8 - BATHROOMS - Only use the septic toilet paper provided. Tissues of any kind, paper towels, baby wipes, flushable wipes, napkins, toys, women's sanitary products, shaving razors, makeup products, or small containers are prohibited. The pipes are delicate and will clog if the septic paper is unused. Guests will be responsible for any charges when calling the plumbers. A minimum fee of $475 will be assessed. All bathrooms have been inspected before you check in and will also be inspected after you check out. All three bathrooms are working correctly, and we have proof. Please keep in mind that in the event of a clogged toilet, the fee will be charged from the security deposit, and the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.
9 - PROPER ATTIRE - Wear appropriate attire (T-shirt & Shorts) outside the house or premises. Please keep in mind that there are families with kids in this neighborhood. For this reason, we ask you to be respectful to others.
10 - GARBAGE - Guests are responsible for placing the garbage bins in front of the house on the roundabout to be picked up by the garbage truck during their stay.
Please take your waste into the gray bin labeled "Trash Only." Use a Blue container labeled "Recycling Only."
The green bin is only for tree and plant debris
Do not leave any garbage bags outside the garbage bins. (Note: a violation fee from the city will be passed on to you for dumping trash in the wrong container bins. We will charge you a $50 fee if garbage bags are not inside the garbage compartments but are left outside. This fee will also be applicable if you do not take the garbage on the schedule provided; we can verify it via our outdoor surveillance system)
Please see the garbage pick-up schedule below:

11 - CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-out time is 10 am or earlier, and Check-in time is 3 pm. There are back-to-back reservations that must be honored. Our cleaning team is always scheduled for 10:30 am and gets paid by the hour. If the cleaning team cannot access the house, the extra cleaning fee will cover the extra.
Important notice: If you want to check in early on your arrival day or check out late on your departure day, the day before and the day after must be selected. For example, your reservation check-in day must be the day before your arrival, and your check-out the day after your departure. That way, you can check in anytime on your arrival and check out late on your departure.
12 - LINEN - Please do not use white linen or towels for mopping, cleaning makeup, cleaning shoes, or dust. Use iron only on the appropriate ironing board and not on the beds.

15 - EXTRA CLEANING - There will be an extra $150 fee per day if the house has to be closed for longer than 4 hours due to willful/intentional damage beyond the scope of a typical stay. Please keep in mind that the extra cleaning fee will be applicable in the event of finding stains on the floor, walls, ceiling, vomit, feces, urine on furniture, big pieces of food, empty or partially empty food containers on the floor, or any actual physical damage to the room, such as walls, furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. Please remember that the cleaning fee paid with the original reservation is different from the extra cleaning fee.

23- MAIL & ADDRESS - We cannot accept mail from our guests. Guest cannot use this address to open bank accounts, credit cards, Amazon subscriptions, or receive mail. We will return all correspondence without notice.
24- GENERAL - If you break it, you pay for it. If you misplace any towels, sheets, linen, or break cookware, silverware, or crockery, we would need to replace it. We will inform you of the cost through the app after check-out. Treat this home like yours. We hope you enjoy your stay to the fullest! Breaking any of the "House Rules" may result in termination of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the premises without a refund. The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that any/all of their group members, associates, invitees, etc., are aware of and abide by these rules throughout their stay.
Let us know if you have any questions.
