Villa Anni is situated in a quiet and central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. The house, built in 2016, with a total of 8 residential units and an underground car park, is a modern new building, but thanks to its architecture and color scheme, it fits stylishly into the classic bath architecture of the Baltic Sea resort. The generously proportioned apartment apartment (7) is located on the second floor and covers 86 m², including two roof terraces with sea view. The two bathing beaches of the village are within 5 minutes walking distance - the Nordstrand with pier and amber promenade and the natural south beach for dog walks. Two supermarkets, various restaurants and cafés as well as other possibilities for shopping are located about 100 to 300 m away. If the car should stop, there is in the immediate vicinity a bicycle rental and a bus stop. Walks, hikes and bike rides through the picturesque landscapes of southeast Rügen are definitely worth seeing.
