Only Double Queen Rooms on the ground floor are pet-friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed, and well-behaved pets may be left in the room unattended, but housekeeping service will not be provided.       Unsafe, even my dog was on edge

      They had plastic bags taped over the smoke alarms and empty liquor bottles under the bed. They were unable to make me a key for the room so the maintenance man had to let me in every time. I was very uncomfortable as was my dog and ended up moving to a different hotel.

      Dirty and felt unsafe

      The room was dirty, there was a bad odor from the ac, missing tv remote, no trash can and a scary location with men sleeping in cars outside the hotel. We give one bone because they moved us to different room that actually did have a tv remote….still dirty. We got what we paid for. I advise you pay a little more for better.

      Dirty and Unsafe

      The first room we were assigned was filthy, had no blankets, the frig and TV didn’t work AND there was a foul odor coming from the noisy AC unit. They get 1 bone for moving us to a slightly better room. The hotel is in a creepy location and not dog friendly (no grass and lots of poo/garbage). People sleeping in the parking lot made it feel unsafe.

      At 1st they gave us a very foul smelling room that was supposed to be smoke free. Tjey moved us to an end unit that had lots of noise from the highway exit and entrance. Lots of fastfood nearby but could improve service. Staff was kind nevertheless.
