      Horrible experience

      After checking in discovered one of our rooms to still be dirty & hadn't been cleaned & was without linens, the dirty ones were piled on the floor. The 2nd room appeared to have been cleaned but had a foul odor, and was missing furniture & appliances, fire alarm was missing, stains on the walls, broken light fixtures, & the door wouldn't fully close. There weren't chairs, clocks, coffee makers, fridges or microwaves in our rooms. It is a very loud neighborhood with people loitering about the property. Took 5 days for the refund to credit back to our bank. If I were to give 1 bone it would be just for them being pet friendly.
