This was the worst stay I have had at a hotel in a very long time. And the worst part was the apathy of several of the employees about all the issues. The issues included: all exterior doors were non-functional the first 24 hours I was there so when unloading all my dog equipment (crates, etc), I had to use the front door which was as far away from my room as possible.
The exterior lighting all went off well before sunrise each day so first walkies with the dog in the morning was completely in the dark (other surrounding hotels all still had their lights on); and the worst thing was two nights in a row when I was in the shower the smoke detector in my room started blaring and my dog was freaking out while I jumped out of the shower with soapy hair, threw on my robe and slippers and ran down the hall to the front desk.
I expected the woman there to immediately respond but both times it took more than twenty minutes for them to come to my room to stop it. And the young woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me when I came back up to the desk to say I needed it to stop and needed help immediately! The whole experience was terrible and they refused to give me any type of refund on any of the nights of all these problems. I will never return to this property and will warn others about it.

Very clean room with plenty of space of our 80 lb lab mix. Dog bags and receptacles all available. Hotel was quiet and very friendly.

Beautiful location, lots of places to eat around the property. Checking in was seamless. My pup enjoyed her stay here. Upon checking out we saw that they were preparing to clean the rugs. Would definitely come again with my pup. When booking my stay I read a lot of complaints regarding the water being cold; that wasn’t the case for us we had hot water. It is very close to Disney.

The hotel staff was very professional. The room was large and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying at WDW with a pet.

Great hotel and suite. Very nice job updating the premises. Living room, kitchen with full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, granite counters. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice bathroom. Only 2 miles to Disney Springs. You don’t have to get on I-4 to get to Disneyworld. Lots of restaurants within one mile. Nice pool, jacuzzi. Adequate work-out room. Fair buffet breakfast each morning.

Great hot breakfast to start the day. The room and hotel were very clean; bed and pillows were very comfortable. Most of all, the staff was very welcoming to my family and my two dogs. Would stay there again for sure.
