We had trouble adjusting the heat. Room was clean but we didn't like the sink and toilet area being separated. Beds were very comfortable.

No frills here but beds were comfy, rooms clean, and no weight limit for the dog. Very basic.

They said they only had 4 rooms for pets. They had signs outside of our room that said to walk the pups in the truck parking area in the back; that wasn’t going to happen, too far away and too dark for me. They didn’t have a rolling cart for luggage. The rooms were nice and clean. It's good for a quick overnight stay.

The fee for my small dog was only $11.00 a night. The room was clean, not updated but it was clean.
There was a very limited breakfast. cereal, yogurt and waffle maker. The staff when we arrived around 8 pm was very friendly. Everything worked. I have paid much more and had the ice machine be down - extra. I felt safe in the location. - WilliamSep 1, 2021Great Stay!

No definitive pet areas, charged extra for the pet, charged extra for the number of people in the room and recharge the sales tax on the reservation. Not enough towels. No breakfast. Charged was greater than holiday inn for a fly by night old motel. It was well maintained but not worth the effect or the money spent.

Safe Stay: Bluegrass Inn has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
