  Very nice

  I really liked the room and it even had a little chaise for Tara to sleep on if she wanted. The reason I only gave 4 bones is we were not given a room on the ground floor to make it easier to take her potty and that the potty was anyplace outside. The one light was out in the parking lot near the grass so it made a smaller walking area than normal. I did love the room set up and all. Note, the bed is very tall and it was hard for her to get on the bed. Not their fault but usually a 35 lb medium sized Jack Rrussel mix is good at jumping up.

  Quick overnight stay

  I loved how dog friendly the hotel is. The room was open & allowed the dogs have areas for their beds. The check-in area, breakfast area & bar are all open & allow plenty of room to walk through with our dogs.

  One night it’s fine

  We were just passing through and need a break from drive. We need a place around BWI. We have stayed at the Home2 across the street before and like the area. The Aloft was a hip place at one time it is now tired and worn. We were happy they were accommodating and allowed our early check-in. Staff were friendly and attentive to welcoming our 2 dogs. Give us a ground floor room which was great. The price reflex the condition of the facility. Not bad for one night. Just not up to other Alofts we have stayed at. 5 bones for the staff!

  No Pet Fees

  No pet fees at all, unless your dog destroys the place! Thankfully ours are well behaved. Welcomed our pets. Quiet room. Hour from DC. Thankful for their hospitality.

  Fab Hotel

  Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Room was great with up-to-date furnishings and great technology. Very dog friendly.

  It was fine

  I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff were wonderful. Especially as I originally booked the wrong date and they refunded my money without a problem. I was extremely thankful for this!
  The hotel on first glance is super nice and modern but as you stay longer you notice it needs some TLC. For example the wood on the bed was chipped and the toilet roll holder looked like it had been chewed on by a dog and fixed back on very shoddily. The vent about the toilet in our bathroom also leaked. We were only there one night so it wasn't a big deal. With a bit of a fix up this place could be an easy 5 bones :)

  Great Stay A++++

  This by far has been the best hotel myself, partner and pup have stayed in. It is extremely clean, modern, thoughtful and even an indoor pool. I would highly recommend this stay for you family and pup.

  So welcoming

  I've been dragging my dog around the country, and she is tired of traveling. I would say that she felt more comfortable at the Aloft than any other lodging we've taken during our travels.

  Great location

  Close to outlet mall, Walmart, many stores and casino. Dog park within walking distance. Very modern decor. Only problem was when we got our room it had not been cleaned, lots of open food containers on the counters, bed unmade, dirty towels on floor. Kinda scary exposing us during the COVID epidemic. Went back to front desk and complained, was told they would compensate our bill and get us a different room. We did get a different room but no compensation on our bill.

  Okay stay

  The Aloft BWI was okay. No pet fees. Not very friendly reception. We parked in only available spots on side of hotel, but door key did not work for access from outside of building, so we walked through lobby and around bldg. each time we took the dogs out. Front desk said they knew the door wasn't working, but didn't know why. Not helpful information. Room was okay, not cleaned very well, but adequate.

  Amazing!

  Workers in the lobby always gave my dogs treats. This hotel had no breed, weight or amount restrictions! I was able to bring all 4 of my medium/large dogs! For walks, they have poop bag trash cans. And, there is a baseball field down the street (maybe a 3min walk from the hotel)
  Rooms was super clean. Everyone was super friendly.
