With comfortable sleeping arrangements for 12 guests, our spacious and lively 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts an open-concept layout and an excellent location for your Bullhead, AZ, and Laughlin, NV vacation. This home also offers a stacked Game Room to keep everyone of all ages entertained and competitive. As well as a shaded patio area with ample seating to accommodate, to relax on those long Arizona days in comfort. You'll be able to kickback and enjoy your family / friend time, BBQ, and spend time how you want. Don't worry, it's well lit to last you into the evening if you choose and a propane fire table will keep everyone together into the night. Just a three-minute drive from the nearest launch ramp, you'll have convenient access to the Colorado River for endless freshwater fun. Did we mention the fully fenced backyard? To let the dads, kids, and dogs run wild.

This is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom 2 bath home, perfect for your needs! WiFi, 70" SmartTV, queen-sized memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, dual-sided wood burning fireplace, convertible pool and pingpong table, life-size chess board, stocked coffee bar, and gas BBQ grill!
The master bedroom and game room each have daybeds that convert into king size beds for additional sleeping, you simply pull out the trundle and unstack the mattresses, and ta-da, you have a king bed!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Two full-sized bathrooms, one with a shower stall and one with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have dual shower heads, one which is stationary and the other is hand-held for the perfect shower experience! We also have necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, as well as a blow dryer. Please note, we are a family-friendly home, and therefore, the bedroom and bathroom doors DO NOT have locks on them (We don't want any kiddos accidentally locking themselves in).

We have a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, toaster and blender, and everything you need to cook delicious meals throughout your stay. Utensils and dishes for 12.

Fire up the flavors and unleash your inner grill master! Our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!
With the sizzling aroma and the tantalizing flavors on the grill, we have a large paved patio, with seating to lounge or dining table to savor your meal while enjoying the outdoors.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
We do also have a large, fenced-in, gravel backyard perfect for your pets. Please note that there is a step down from the house to the backyard, as well as the patio is not perfectly level, so watch your step. Our yard is primarily pavers and gravel; this is also the desert and we have critters, therefore we do recommend wearing shoes outside.

Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home. The home is tile throughout, and single level with the exception of one step down into the game room. This step down is located to your immediate left when you enter the front door of the home, so please be mindful when you enter.
We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.
Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.
Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, on the street, or on the dirt to the right of the driveway. Trailer, RV, Boat parking is acceptable in these areas as well. Please do not park on the gravel to the left of the driveway.

Additionally, there are nearby parks and hiking trails where residents can enjoy nature and engage in recreational pursuits.

Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance via email.
A $150.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
Long-term stays are welcome!
Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm, but may not be available overnight.
☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆
Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
