This five-bedroom five-bathroom home that sleeps twenty-two, has plenty of space for everyone. Walk into the main floor with an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is complete with all essentials needed to cook your favorite meal. Up-to-date appliances, Keurig, and dishwasher. There is extra seating at the bar for four. The dining room has seating for ten. On this main floor, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There is a half bathroom. The first bedroom on this floor, the Ute Room; has a king-sized bed, private adobe fireplace, tv, and deck access. This room has an en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this floor; the Cowboy Room has a king bed with deck access. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The third room on the main floor is the Mustang Room. This room has a full bed, tv, and deck access. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Make your way upstairs to the loft with another living area with a tv and two queen sofa sleepers. The fourth bedroom upstairs is the Bison Room. This room has a king bed, two twin trundles, and a crib. There is also a tv in this room. Upstairs there is also a children's playroom. Make your way downstairs to the life of the home. Walk into the game room with a ping pong table, TV, basketball, and table for six. The fifth bedroom downstairs has two sets of queen-over-queen bunks. There is also a seating area with a TV in this room. Complete with an en-suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. Walk outside from the game room and enjoy the large covered hot tub. INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and a full bar at Elements.
GOLF COURSES: Angel Fire Resort Golf Course (1.7 miles), Valley Escondido Golf Course (12.9 miles).
DAY TRIPS: Taos and Taos Pueblo Village (24.9 miles), Taos Ski Valley (43.7 miles), Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (36.6 miles), and Santa Fe (92.6 miles).

During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
