SKY-VILLA was designed from the top down with many unique differences:
1) FAR BETTER 'FUNCTIONAL VILLA SIZE ' - 420 Meters2 Air Conditioned, we really have up to 8 EN-SUITES with 2 Pools plus kids pool plus cool Jacuzzi etc. in a beach side location in Seminyak, which is rare.
2) FAR BETTER LOCATION - 200 steps from the Bintang Supermarket, (wow) The Only Decent Supermarket in the Area, the best in Seminyak! and you are surrounded by a VERY quiet 'relatively' private street
3) BETTER EXCLUSIVE BEACH SIDE LOCATION - 'Beachside of the Crowded Main Streets' like a private, little uncrowded village inside of Seminyak. And you do not have to cross dangerous main streets to get to great restaurants, shops and places. SHORT DISTANCE DOWN cute little scooter roads to restaurants and shopping and great places.
4) NEWISH - Quite a big difference.
5) NOT OLD, NOT DIRTY, NOT HOT AND OPEN (limits Mosquitos) - ULTRA MODERN - Fun Difference - Custom Built in Furniture many unique amenities
6) SUPERIOR COMMUNICATIONS - 'Unique Gadgets' and 'Comforts' - Virtual Office with Multilple, (4) Internet Technologies for redundancy, throughput and back up.
7) BETTER VIEWS FROM 'Upstairs' BEDROOMS
