Pet Friendly House with Private Pool
**The Experience**
Experience the perfect private oasis for you and your family (including your furry family members!) on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach. Plunge into the private pool (that can be heated), soak up the sun on the pool tanning ledge or the spacious backyard, or retreat to one of the three bedrooms for a much-needed nap after a day at the beach. Take a short stroll to the nearby beach access and sink your toes into the sugar-white sands of The World's Most Beautiful Beaches! With room for up to eleven guests and two dogs, spread out on the spacious patio or play a game of cornhole in the backyard—there's room for everyone!
Featuring quick access to places like St. Andrew's State Park, Rick Seltzer Park, Treasure Island Marina for a day of deep-sea fishing, and Captain Anderson's Marina for dinner on the lagoon, this home is perfectly positioned to allow you to choose your level of activity. With direct access to the private pool right outside your door and the sugar-white sands only minutes away, you will be able to enjoy the most relaxing vacation you've ever taken to Panama City Beach!
Bring your boat and launch it from the public boat ramp less than a mile away!

Additional seating for six can be found at the dining table on the back patio overlooking the spacious backyard and private pool.

Forget your sunscreen? Take a quick 3-minute drive down the street to Alvin's Island and grab all your beach essentials without ever having to get sand in your car!

Full-size trucks and SUVs will not fit in the garage. Street parking is not permitted, but trailer or boat parking is allowed in the driveway.
**The Area**
