This luxurious 14-room property boasts a spacious 5,000sf (3,500sf of interior space and a sprawling 1,500sf pool patio). With beds for up to 30 persons, this home is perfect for family reunions, celebrations, retreats, and golf trips.

With 12 bedrooms (11 bedrooms and an optional 12th bedroom with a bed in the movie room) and 5 bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 20 adults + children. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino, latte maker, and soda stream to make your own sparkling water or soda. Style and comfort characterize this custom-built villa in the quaint Highlands Reserve Golf Resort in Davenport, only about 9 miles from the Disney World entrance (by Walt Disney YMCA Sherbert in the Disney World Animal Kingdom area). The great room offers the perfect place to relax after a day at the parks or in the pool and flows into the fully functional kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a kitchen seating area. The fantastic outdoor area features a pool, spa, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a lovely outdoor sofa sitting area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets overlooking the golf course.
As soon as you step inside this villa, you will be welcomed by a 20-foot ceiling foyer that will usher you into an elaborate living room and dining room area after a day of adventurous activities with the whole family or with your company executives, enjoys one of the comfortable sofas with a living room featuring a 75-inch SMART TV.
The chefs of the family or your private chef (after reservation, we have a preferred list of private chefs who can come to the house), will be ecstatic to prepare the gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast by the pool and in the kitchen, where both indoor and outdoor large dining tables can be set up for formal dining space seating up to 24 persons (inside & outside combined).

Spend the day sunbathing in one of the sun loungers or seating areas surrounding the pool while you listen to the sounds of your favorite tune with our Alexa/Nest speaker we provide by connecting to Bluetooth/Wifi.
Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 2 en-suites, including 4 bedrooms with 5 king-sized and 3 single beds or up to 13 single beds, and Den/Office or 11th guest sleeping room, Smart TV(your choice with our sophisticated customized bed set) and each with its ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs. Head on up to the second floor and you will find 4 more en-suites with 6 king beds 1 full size, 8 singles, or up to 17 single beds (your choice).
