Country exclusive Zone 15 mins from El Poblado, you have access to minimarket 24/7 crossing the street, close to La Rufina restaurant, Sancho Paisa restaurant and Indiana Mall. Country sides to walk and relax.
The apartment will be rented entirely to your group. You will be serviced with one set of linens and at least one towel per guest, fast and reliable WIFI as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are staying for one day, one week or one month we want to provide the best services for your group.

PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show his Passport or valid ID at the building's entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
3)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified and will be charged.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed but you have to be careful.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ANY DRUG ABUSE, MINOR TRAFFICKING OR PEOPLE TRAFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF UNDERAGE TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE PURPOSES IS STRICTLY FORVIDEN
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
14) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please throw the trash of the apartment in the chute and give the keys to the host. Make sure to let us know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
*Please keep the noise down especially during weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine
Extra Cleaning services: $27 USD or $130.000cop.
