This floor also has three cozy bedrooms, two of which open directly onto a private terrace where you can enjoy the fresh sea air. Upstairs is the true heart of the home. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area offers a magnificent view of the water, a space designed for gathering and making memories. Step out onto the covered loggia to enjoy a glass of wine on a balmy evening as you take in the panoramic vista of the dike and beach. Use the provided binoculars to watch the ships sail by. For ultimate relaxation, there's a bathroom with a soothing whirlpool, and a bioethanol fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for evenings spent in front of the TV with a good book or movie. The home is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning for your convenience. With three bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom on each floor, this home is spacious enough for a large family, groups of friends, or multiple generations. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and a dedicated car parking space makes arrival easy. Beyond the house, endless fun awaits at the on-site activity center.
