NOW AVAILABLE for 30 days minimum! Nestled in beautiful privacy-providing foliage, three distinct fully-furnished outdoor decks encircle a 2,500 square foot open floor plan residence with an immaculate pool anchoring it all together.
This three-story complex is designed for three things: LIVING, DINING and THRIVING. We’ve named it “The Triple Play!”
Truly a neighborhood icon, this residence comfortably accommodates 10 guests in five well-appointed bedrooms (and 3.5 bathrooms).
The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the second-level patio. The second bedroom also boasts direct patio access. Two additional bedrooms and another bathroom complete the second floor.
The ground-floor "granny unit" bedroom has its private entry, a full bathroom, a small kitchen, and direct access to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing anything from an intimate alfresco dinner for two on one of the picturesque terraces to feeding an entire family reunion.

Abundant sunlit living spaces and amenities fill this home from top to bottom.
The living and family rooms are tastefully furnished with plush sofas, side chairs, and two fireplaces. Coziness and warmth are the primary goals.
The game room features a pool table, a 73-inch TV, and a stereo system. Pull a record from the vinyl collection, put it on the turntable, and a dance party is almost guaranteed.
Unwind on the "Insta-worthy" decks, splash in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, stroll through the rock-paved garden, or shoot some hoops (yes, it has a basketball court).
When work calls, dedicated desks and solid office chairs are available in both the third bedroom and the game room.
ELECTRIC:
The rental agreement includes a provision where the homeowner covers $250 of the monthly electric bill, and you are responsible for the remaining amount. Meter readings will be conducted at check-in and check-out, with your obligation to pay based on the usage. An agreement for this arrangement will be provided for your signature.
PETS:
While dogs are welcome on the property, we kindly request that they stay within the designated dog run area when outdoors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Centered in the upscale “Procter Terrace/Grace Tract” neighborhood of Santa Rosa, this space is in close proximity to the 101 Freeway and all your essential needs (stores, food, entertainment and nightlife).
When it’s time to adventure, you’ll be a quick five-minute drive to the closest winery, ten minutes to the Charles M. Schulz Museum, 45 minutes to Bodega Bay and it’s a scenic 60-minute excursion to visit Napa.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
