Perched atop a scenic ridge overlooking the creek below, Stella Blue is a newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath tiny cabin that boasts big amenities. You'll love the retro mid-century modern decor accented with custom Amish furnishings throughout, making the space an amazing place to relax and disconnect. You'll enjoy spending the day exploring the nearby state parks then returning home to cozy up next to the fire pit on the large covered patio and enjoying the sunset, indulging yourself in the new 2-person barrel sauna, or relaxing in the hot tub situated on a deck overlooking the beautiful Hocking Hills.

Upon entering this newly renovated cabin, you will realize every area has been professionally decorated – from the electric mid-century modern fireplace, custom Amish furniture, high-end retro kitchen, and luxurious bedroom suite, each space offers amazing amenities! The open floorplan begins with a cozy living room and chef's kitchen with retro appliances. You'll appreciate the living room and bedroom each having a flat-screen TV (40" and 32") with YouTube TV along with a blazing fast 50-100mbps internet connection utilizing StarLink throughout the property.

Of course, you want to bring your four-legged friends to Hocking Hills, they love it just as much as you! Pets stay free at Stella Blue Cabin, and we provide unmatched amenities for them. Your pup gets their own bed, food and water bowl, treats, and towels.

You’ll love spending time on the patio and deck, whether it be soaking in the hot tub overlooking the creek, cooking dinner on the Blackstone grill (propane provided), or just sitting down, relaxing and recapping the days adventures on the patio watching the sunset while toasting s'mores around the fire pit.You'll also enjoy the warmth and tranquility of the newly added 2-person barrel sauna. If you're feeling on the more competitive side, challenge your partner to a game of cornhole with our custom cornhole boards or some ax and star throwing on the mesh throwing board.

In the kitchen, you'll love the retro appliances and amazing cookware making every meal prep a pleasure. The coffee bar is unmatched with a bean grinder (coffee beans provided), espresso machine, and French press. A Keurig is also provided with a selection of pods as well as assorted teas and hot chocolate. You'll note that not an item was missed when appointing this kitchen making meal prep a breeze.
LIVING ROOM
The inviting living room has custom Amish live-edge tables and seating, the centerpiece being the mid-century modern electric fireplace. You'll appreciate the media center that boasts a vinyl record collection, CDs, DVDs/BluRays, and a retro Nintendo unit offering hours of entertainment. Enjoy local programming on YouTube TV or sign into your favorite streaming service on the 40" Roku TV and enjoy your favorite movies and shows.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
You will have an amazing night's sleep on the luxurious high-end queen mattress, quality pillows, and bamboo sheets after a long day of hiking or other adventures in Hocking Hills. There is also a 32" Roku TV to enjoy your favorite streaming services as well as local and cable programming available on YouTube TV.
The bathroom provides a tiled shower and rustic copper barrel sink.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Not much! We provide all the essentials that you'll need - coffee, paper towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, robes, firewood and fire starters, and plenty of propane for the grill. You may want to bring some slippers or shower shoes to walk to the hot tub, it's about 20 steps from the cabin on a well-lit concrete pathway.

PARKING:

Guests have access to the entire home and 7.5-acre property. Please be mindful of the area and do not go beyond the driveway you made the U-turn to get to the cabin as it is private property.
Secluded on 7.5 private acres, there is another cabin nearby that is unoccupied, all of the acreage is yours to explore!
The driveway is steep, a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended though not always necessary when the weather is nice. The property may be difficult to access in the winter if there is snow - we make every effort to have the driveway cleared, however, there is a chance you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up about 400 yards.
Please note there is limited mobile phone reception, especially for Verizon customers. AT&T and T-Mobile customers may get reception but it is not guaranteed.
While the StarLink internet service is incredible for remote areas, please note that storms may cause intermittent connectivity issues.
If you do go down to the creek, please no swimming!
There is another cabin on the property that is unoccupied, please do not try and enter it as it is unsafe.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damager waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $3,000. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
Two security cameras are in place on the property, one facing the driveway and one at the front door. The cameras actively record video for your protection and safety.
This cabin is tucked away in the woods, so from time to time, you may notice a bug or small critter inside. We have regular pest control to help manage this, but nature does have a way of sneaking in. In the fall especially, you might see some lady beetles looking for a cozy spot to land—totally harmless, just part of the seasonal charm of being in the forrest.
