Excellent restaurant nearby (Sedona Taphouse), room was comfortable if compact, and our dog was not made to feel unwelcome. The only drawback is limited outdoor green space for dog walking, but there is enough.

Older hotel with beat up furniture and trash on the floors. Cheap price, room was clean, and there was a giant field behind the hotel for the dog.

No rooms on the ground floor, so you have to take the slow elevator with slippery vinyl floor. Housekeeping never showed up. Had to make the bed and reuse towels. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper. Dog wouldn't drink the water -- it smelled like chlorine.

We were one of 3 guests in line at the front desk, waiting for the sole receptionist to complete a phone booking. Eventually, the first in line requested towels. Apparently, there had not been any in his room. The second guest hadn’t been given the room he booked. When it was our turn, all appeared ok but, upon going to our room, we discovered there was no heat and we were RIGHT beside the elevator which was very noisy.
We were finally moved to the third floor under protest because “pets are only allowed on the second floor.” We usually use the BringFido app and have always been happy with the app. Hotels need to stop penalizing guests for using what they call “third party apps” by giving us the noisy and older rooms. Why should we book directly with the hotel when it costs more??? Marriott, you have disappointed us! BringFido, keep up the good work!

Very comfortable stay. We have a large Lab but had plenty of room. Staff is friendly. We will stay again.

You can tell when it is a great dog hotel when you see two dozen dogs staying there :)
