We only stayed for one night and I would never stay again. We had problems from the start. When we booked, we informed them we had a dog, getting to the room, they had no supplies for my dog despite their site saying they provide pet bed, bowls, toy, treat, bags, door sign, and dog walking. We called down and they brought up a bed and bowls. The bed was nice, bowls were disgusting, I did not use them. Did not get any of the other supplies. The room itself was not great. There was gum and trash in the trashcan. We got back at 11pm, the lobby turned into a nightclub with a ton of people and loud music. It was awkward to walk past the crowd to get back to the room. Getting back to our room smelled like sewage, maintenance came and had to move us to a new room, they said they had to take apart the toilet, as some ring needed to be changed. We got moved to another room at 11:45pm, the 'new' room had not been cleaned or dusted. We called the manager up in the morning to see for themselves. There were crumbs all over the floor, dust on the counters and FINGERNAILS on the ground. We ended up getting everything free, but even for that, I would not stay again.
