      Disappointed

      We have stayed at the Hyatt Place any times. It’s our go to. This time I was not satisfied. Beds were not firm. Breakfast was not the same, maybe because of covid. Not much to offer.

      Outside is Great

      Looks can be deceiving. The hotel is tired, inside. If you want a nice comfortable bed (for the humans) - look elsewhere. The bed is very important to us; this hotel offers an old interspring mattress. Not the cleanest hotel either. Maggie found an old ball, rather large, under the bed. Stay safe.
