2001 Marsh Walk Villa
This villa is close to many of the island's amenities: tennis, pickleball, the Lake House with indoor and outdoor pools, Equestrian Center, and bike paths. There is also a beautiful neighborhood pool within walking distance.
This is a first floor end unit villa with fabulous marsh views! Wood laminate floors throughout, ceiling fans and a large screen porch. Parking is covered under the villa. LSV's now allowed at this property. The owners recently added an outlet for recharging your LSV. LSV requires a gate pass
The main living area features comfortable seating, new 50" Smart TV and dining table with seating for 6. A wine/beverage refrigerator is the perfect spot for creating delicious vacation drinks! The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and full of natural light. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances machine. There is a stacked washer/dryer in unit.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, 32"HDTV and en suite bath. The bathroom has a single vanity and large tiled walk in shower with hair dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the views from the sliding door leading to the screened porch. The guest bedroom with hall bath access has a queen bed and 32" TV. Sliding doors off this bedroom lead out to the front deck. This second bathroom features single vanity, hair dryer and tub/shower combination.

This home has a Ring Doorbell camera on the front door.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
