Moroccan Rockin’ Solana Beach
Bright modern spacious Solana Beach 2 bedroom with tons of outdoor patio lounge space. Conveniently located close to the Racetrack/Fairgrounds, Train Station, Beach, Boutique Shopping, Music Venue, Park, Good Coffee and Restaurants. Family Friendly space halfway in between Legoland and San Diego Zoo as well as many other beautiful San Diego offerings. You’ll love the modern yet boho feel of this quintessential coastal southern California space.

There is a construction project goin on across the main street, Stevens Ave. approximately 250 ft. away from our property. Our property is somewhat buffered from the noise by the surrounding wall and from our property being set back and lower than the road at Stevens Ave. However, guests at our property will still likely hear construction noise from the project. We will update this note with more information as it becomes available.
The nice bright, spacious 2 bedroom space is one side of a duplex. The entire property is surrounded by fence or wall and the space has a private entrance. It has a private back patio off of the kitchen with many options for dining and lounging and a grassy backyard space. It also has a private front patio off the living room for lounging under the giant park-like trees.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with attached full bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed & full size Sleeper Sofa with attached full bathroom. The living room has a Sofa Sleeper that can sleep 1-2 people and there is a 1/2 bathroom located between the living room and kitchen.
The space comfortably accommodates 4 people and can accommodate up to 7 people by utilizing the two Sofa Sleepers.
All modern amenities are included: cable tv with access to netflix , hulhu, etc, wi-fi, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas BBQ and fully appointed kitchen. Kitchen includes filtered water and ice from the refrigerator dispenser. All bedrooms have been stylishly and functionally furnished and all beds are dressed in luxurious linens designed for a great night's sleep.
Guests have private access to the entire 2 bedroom unit, 2 designated off-street parking spaces, use of their private entrance area and private backyard and private patio off the kitchen as well as front patio off the living room.
Although we don't live on property, we are a simple message or phone call away and may or may not also be staying on property in one of the other units during your stay. We try to provide everything you might need on property but if something is missing please let us know.
Centrally located in Solana Beach, this neighborhood has lots to offer. Within walking distance (just under a mile) is the Del Mar Race Fairgrounds which hosts events throughout the year such as horse races, County Fair, Cirque du Soleil, concerts and many other events. Just a few short blocks away are 2 infamous Mexican restaurants (Fidel's & Tony's Jackal), the Fish Market Restaurant and walking distance towards the beach is Cedros Avenue, the design district which offers great coffee shops, boutique shopping and several restaurants as well as the Belly Up Tavern music venue offering live music most nights. About a half block north of the property is La Colonial Park which has a large grassy area, playground, and skate park. It's a great location for both kids and adults to enjoy. The Solana Train station is also nearby as well as a plethora of beautiful beaches and hikes.
The Solana Beach Train station is about a mile away with train service up the coast or to downtown. Uber and Lyft operate in the area. Getting around in your own car is extremely easy and as mentioned, there are 2 private off street parking spots. There are numerous attractions within walking or biking distance.
This space is intended for use by respectful, clean, mature people and not to be used as a party space. Since we are in a neighborhood with children present, noise levels must maintain a respectful level and lowered after 10 pm. This is a non smoking property.
*Our cleaners clean per Covid-19 cleaning standards and guidelines.
*We have a strict Cancellation policy. Please consider 3rd Party Travel Insurance to safeguard your travels if there is a chance for your need to alter or cancel your travels.

*The property is not to be used for parties or special events without prior consent from host.
*Pet Policy – Dogs are welcome at the property. We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay for 1 dog & $150 for 2 dogs, and ask that they have had a recent flee treatment (within 3 weeks of your arrival date). We also ask that you do not allow them on any of the furniture or beds and that you pick up all pet waste from the property and dispose of it in the trash. These rules also apply to “service animals”. Please indicate that you will be traveling with your dog when you send your reservation request and Airbnb will include the $100 fee with your booking. We will have to send a separate payment request of $50 for the second dog after your booking is confirmed.
*Cats are not allowed at the property. If you are traveling with a cat or some other pet please contact us to discuss before booking.
*We strongly recommend that all of our guests obtain Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen incidents that might prevent you from traveling during your scheduled dates. We cannot provide refunds that fall outside of our cancelation policy period.
*The property is being leased and operated (Hosted) by Capri by the Sea, LLC. Guests are permitted to use the property starting at 3 PM on the first day of their stay until 11 AM on the last day of their stay for all confirmed reservations that have been paid in full. Guests do not have any rights to the property as "tenants" as described by CA law. By booking this property guests agree to these terms.
