- NOTE: There is room for guests to dock 1 boat on the right side of the dock. The hydro hoist and the middle section are not usable for boats. You can also bring 1 jet ski out of the water on the left side. Please go slowly when parking on the jet ski dock
- NOTE: The jet ski is not available for guest use
- NOTE: A public boat ramp is available at Jones Brothers' Park within 8 miles of the house. The dock is less than a 3-minute boat ride from the ramp
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell, cameras 2 and 3 are located on the front of the home facing the driveway, camera 4 is located on the side door, camera 5 is located on the side of the parking area, and camera 6 is located on the back of the shed facing the parking area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
